Comerica’s site (comerica.com) made quite an impression on TheFinancialBrand.com, an online publication focused on branding issues and advice affecting retail banks and credit unions. Comerica.com was ranked No. 19 on its list of “50 of the Most Spectacular Website Designs in Banking.”
The online publication's editor, in a comment also posted online, says that, “Having looked at some 5,000+ bank and credit union websites in the last couple years, The Financial Brand is comfortable saying that the UX [user experience] offered by most in this list surpasses what you’ll find at 95 percent of financial institutions today.”
“It’s gratifying to see that our design puts us in the same conversation with industry leaders,” says Luke Pearson, Vice President and Digital Marketing Manager, who led the redesign of Comerica.com last year. “Not only are we in the conversation, but we're in the top half of their list. It's very rewarding to hear that from a neutral third party.”
