Comerica Opens New Trust Office in Wilmington, Delaware

DETROIT and WILMINGTON/ November 10, 2004 - Comerica Bank and Trust, N.A. executives today announced the opening of the company's new trust office in Wilmington, Delaware.

Located at 501 Silverside Road, Suite 68, in North Wilmington, the office provides clients with a complete array of trust, investment management, private lending and personal banking services.

John W. Mack, CPA, has been named Vice President and Trust Advisor of Comerica Bank and Trust, N.A. and will lead the office.

Mr. Mack previously served as senior vice president and senior trust officer at Neuberger Berman Trust Company. He also held positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and has some 29 years of financial services experience.

Mr. Mack earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a certified public accountant and certified trust and financial advisor.

He resides in Hockessin, Delaware with his wife and two college-aged children.
