DETROIT/January 26, 2004 - Comerica’s University Square office in Rochester Hills, Mich., reopens today at its new location at 3012 Walton Blvd. at the corner of Adams. The Walton-Adams branch features all the services available at the University Square office plus drive-in video teller stations, a customer service counter and a resource center.
"Our Walton-Adams branch will make it easier for customers to find us," notes Carolyn Rafferty, branch officer. "We’ve also made it more convenient to bank with us by adding drive-in stations and expanding our hours. Drive-in banking services are now available during our normal hours and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.," she adds.
Customers walking into the Walton-Adams office will be greeted at a customer service counter. Depending on their needs, they may be helped at the counter or directed to the appropriate member of the branch’s staff. The office also has a resource center that lets customers become more familiar with Comerica’s Web Banking and Telephone Banking services.
The Walton-Adams office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and has drive-in banking services available on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
