Comerica Enhances Web Banking Service

DETROIT/October 6, 2003 - Comerica web banking customers now have added convenience and functionality, thanks to enhancements to the company’s service.

Comerica’s upgraded web banking launches today and enables customers to:

- transfer funds with immediate availability at ATMs

- create easy-to-remember customer ID and passwords

- combine summaries of all Comerica accounts

- personalize account names, such as ‘College Savings’ or ‘Joint Checking’

The site also features improved e-mail capabilities and new, simplified set-up screens.

This new generation of Comerica’s service puts customers in the driver’s seat and enables them to create a personalized web banking experience."

Comerica’s Web Banking is a free service where customers can check account balances, transfer funds and review account activity from any location, at any time. Customers are invited to take a test drive of the improved service with an online demonstration at www.comerica.com.
