Dennis J. Mooradian Named Executive Vice President of Wealth and Institutional Management

DETROIT/Nov. 3, 2003 - Comerica Incorporatedtoday named Dennis J. Mooradian as its executive vice president of Wealth and Institutional Management. The announcement was made by Ralph W. Babb, Jr., chairman, president and chief executive officer.

As executive vice president, Wealth and Institutional Management, Mooradian will lead the division which includes Private Banking, Institutional Trust, Comerica Securities, Comerica Insurance, Munder Capital Management and Wilson Kemp.

Mooradian, 55, joins Comerica from Wells Fargo of San Francisco, CA, where he most recently was Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo Investments, LLC and Head of its Financial Consultant Advisory Group. Previously, he served for seven years as Group Executive Vice President managing Private Client Services, which included the private bank, personal trust, investment management and retail brokerage businesses. He also spent some 19 years in various positions at Lehman Brothers in Detroit, MI and New York, NY, including chief operating officer of the firm’s Global Private Client Services.

Mooradian will become a member of Comerica’s Management Policy Committee and Management Council.

Mooradian returns to his home state of Michigan, having earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University, his Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
