Comerica Names National Directors for Small Business Banking and Retail Bank Administration

DETROIT, May 16, 2005 - Margaret M. (Peggy) Bradshaw has been named national director of Small Business Banking, including Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending, and Michael S. Lawson has been named the national director of Retail Bank Administration for Comerica Incorporated. Connie Beck, executive vice president of Comerica's Small Business & Personal Financial Services division, made the announcement.

Bradshaw formerly managed Personal Financial Services and Small Business Banking for Comerica Bank's Western Division and the nationwide SBA Lending group. Bradshaw's experience in the banking industry includes more than 20 years with Comerica Bank. Bradshaw holds a bachelor of science degree from Santa Clara University and a master of education degree from Smith College. Bradshaw will be based in San Jose, California.

Lawson formerly managed Branch Administration and Operations for Comerica Bank in Detroit. He has 22 years of experience in the banking industry, all with Comerica. Lawson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a master's degree from the Walsh College of Business. Lawson will be based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
