DETROIT/February 23, 2004 - Comerica's Telegraph-Long Lake office in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., reopens today at its new location at 3910 Telegraph, suite 100. The Telegraph-Long Lake branch features all the services available at its prior location (at 4055 Telegraph) plus drive-up teller stations, a drive-up ATM, a customer service counter and a resource center.
"Our customers will appreciate the added convenience of drive-up banking," explains Jackie Mines, vice president and manager of the Telegraph-Long Lake office. "Our lobby will continue to be open Monday through Saturday. Plus, customers now have the option of remaining in their car and conducting their banking at our drive-up teller stations or ATM."
Customers walking into the new Telegraph-Long Lake office will be greeted at a customer service counter. Depending on their needs, they may be helped at the counter or directed to the appropriate member of the branch's staff. The office also has a resource center that lets customers become more familiar with Comerica's Web Banking and Telephone Banking services.
The Telegraph-Long Lake office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
