Comerica Conference Call on Imperial Earnings

DETROIT, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) will
announce Imperial Bancorp's fourth quarter earnings prior to the market
opening on Friday, February 9, 2001.

Comerica will host a conference call to review Imperial's fourth quarter
2000 financial results at 8:30 a.m. ET Friday, February 9, 2001. Interested

Comerica completed the acquisition of Imperial Bancorp on January 29,
