Comerica Bank Promotes Mike Dokmanovich to Executive Vice President and head of Middle Market Banking for Southern California

LOS ANGELES, July 15, 2005 – Comerica Bank today announced that Mike Dokmanovich has been promoted to executive vice president and head of Middle Market Banking in Southern California.

Dokmanovich is a 14-year veteran with Comerica Bank, and will be responsible for leading all middle market growth strategies and develop financial initiatives for Comerica’s nine middle market offices in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties. He will report to Comerica Regional President for Southern California David White.

Dokmanovich has been a Comerica officer in California since 1991 and is a former senior vice president and a regional manager for the Middle Market division in Los Angeles. The Ohio native holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Ohio State University. His primary office will be in downtown Los Angeles. He resides in Redondo Beach and is currently co-chair of the California Economic Development Lending Initiative Loan Committee.
