DETROIT, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) today announced that the Comerica Charitable Foundation will contribute $50,000 to the American Red Cross "Hurricane 2005 Relief Fund" to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

In addition, during the month of September, Comerica's more than 360 branch offices nationwide will accept donations in the form of checks made payable to the American Red Cross.
