"Our clients now have solutions to consider and not just a product," said Bill Feldmaier, vice president and national sales director of Comerica Retirement Services. "This consultative approach is integrated with the service model that supports our $4.8 billion book of proprietary business."

The alliances offer a new, virtual marketplace that includes a host of industry leaders in the defined contribution, defined benefit and non- qualified deferred compensation market for companies with $1 million to $200 million in plan assets. The eleven selected providers are: Fidelity, Diversified, Mass Mutual, Principal, MFS, Scudder, Daily Access Corp., TransAmerica, John Hancock, Nationwide and ING.

"Comerica is one of only a handful of banks that offer this advisory platform with a variety of service providers yet integrated and focused on their proprietary product. We selected these companies because they share our commitment to the retirement plan business and balance our complete offering of retirement services," said Feldmaier.

Comerica's Retirement Services Group is part of the bank's Wealth & Institutional Management division. The division serves the needs of affluent clients, foundations and corporations and includes Private Banking, Comerica Securities, Comerica Insurance, Personal Trust, Strategic Alliances, Institutional Trust, Retirement Services, Munder Capital Management, Comerica Asset Management and Wilson Kemp.

Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) is a financial services company headquartered in Detroit, strategically aligned into three major lines of business: the Business Bank, the Retail Bank, and Wealth and Institutional Management.
