ROCHESTER, Mich., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank today celebrated its expansion into Oakland County with the official opening of its new banking center at 1412 North Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.

As part of the ceremonies, Comerica executives presented a $50,000 gift from the Comerica Charitable Foundation to Oakland University's School of Business Administration in support of its Entrepreneurship Institute. The Institute provides entrepreneurship education to economically disadvantaged teens. The gift is part of a five-year, $250,000 grant to Oakland University.
Comerica Bank also awarded a $25,000 grant for scholarships to the university's Applied Technology in Business program.
In addition, four sets of tickets for the April 22nd Detroit Tiger's game at Comerica Park were raffled off to four lucky customers.
The new center marks the 63rd Comerica location in Oakland County. The bank in January opened a South Lyon location. Comerica has 242 banking center locations throughout Michigan.
The full-service banking center features four teller stations, two drive- up teller stations, a drive-up ATM, and a night depository.
The banking center is open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Paul Fiedler, a 19-year veteran with Comerica, manages the banking center. He is a resident of Sterling Heights.
