Comerica Seminar Shows Small Businesses How to Make Great First Impressions

DETROIT, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Small business owners will learn how to make great first impressions when Comerica Bank hosts a small business workshop on Tuesday, April 24, at 8:30 a.m., at Meadow Brook Hall - Oakland University, located at 280 S. Adams Road in Rochester Hills, Mich. A pre- workshop continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m.

Bob Herrera, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dale Carnegie Training will lead this workshop. Attendees will learn how to ask the right questions, how to use statistics and testimonials, and how to present credibility statements to the customer.
