DETROIT, May 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Small business owners will learn how to provide customer service experiences that have impact when Comerica Bank hosts a small business workshop on Tuesday, May 22, at 8:30 a.m., at Comerica Bank's Oaktec Center, located at 3551 Hamlin Road in Auburn Hills, Mich. A pre- workshop continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m.

Todd Beck, senior product manager of AchieveGlobal will lead this workshop, which will help attendees learn how to surpass the competition by identifying the experiences that matter, distinguishing the defining moments most important to customers, and creating emotional responses that build customer loyalty.
