DALLAS, TX (October 12, 2010) – Comerica Bank today announced the opening of its Forest-Webb Chapel Banking Center in Northwest Dallas. The environmentally friendly, full service facility, located at 3115 Forest Lane, relocated from its prior location on the second floor of an office building at Josey Lane and LBJ Freeway.

“Our newest stand-alone location at Forest Lane and Webb Chapel provides more convenience and better access for our local customers,” said Tracie Gusola, Comerica Bank Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. “Only a few blocks from the old facility, our new Forest-Webb Chapel Banking Center provides ground-level access and better parking, making banking even easier for our customers. In addition, our newest facility boasts several sustainable design features, making it more energy efficient and better for the environment.”

Some of the eco-friendly features of the Forest-Webb Chapel Banking Center include:

·         Use of local and recycled building materials

·         Energy efficient roofing with a high solar reflecting index

·         Full building insulation to improve the thermal envelope

·         Carpeting that meets requirements of the Green Label Plus Program

The lobby hours of the Forest-Webb Chapel Banking Center are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon; Drive-in hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon.

The manager of Comerica’s newest banking center in Dallas is Genette Wheeler.
