DALLAS, Feb. 5, 2018 - - For high schoolers across the country prom is etched on their calendars. As costs continue to go up for students to enjoy the memorable evening, Comerica is helping to eliminate financial constraints for young women looking to fulfill their dream of attending prom.
Comerica is once again hosting prom dress drives in its Dallas and Detroit-area markets to benefit local nonprofit organizations. Select banking centers in each of the markets serve as drop-off locations where the public can donate new or gently-used prom dresses, along with shoes, purses and accessories.
The Dallas market kicked off its fourth annual Prom Dress Drive on Feb. 1 and continues through the end of the month. The drive, spearheaded by Comerica’s North Texas Women’s Forum, has collected more than 2,000 dresses for nonprofit partners Dallas CASA and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas.
